WHITE GRAPES HARVEST

On Thursday and Friday last week we harvested for the first time ever all our Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Even though we had some differences in the quality and maduration of the grapes we could process 6000 liters of each varietal. For the white wines we have rented some space in another winery, which has good cooling system for fermentation and maceration.
