After visiting some of the leading biodynamic wineproducers in Chile we had 2 days of intensive training with our biodynamic consultant Rene Piamonte. In Argentina there are only 3 vineyards (2 in Patagonia and 1 in Salta), which work through this concept, which use the nature and the soil as basis for their wine plants. This method, which was founded by Austrian Rudolf Steiner some 100 years ago uses natural kompost with specific natural made components to increase the fertility of soil and plants. The objective of this method of vineyard production is to ensure a long term stability in soil full of minerals and organic soil.
