On march 10th we had a very important milestone in our project. For the first time we bottled the wines we had been storing in tanks and barrels through the last 11 months. As a result we got 7500 bottles of Cabernet and 5000 bottles of Malbec. We started the morning collecting the baskets from a warehouse and brought them with a truck to the Winery.
