BOTTLEING OUR FIRST WINES- Part 5







Once the bottles were filled in the baskets we transported them to the storage room. For each basket it took us approx. 15 minutes to have it full, so we had good 3 hours till we completed the Cabernet sauvignon. During this process we had 2 specialists monitoring the data on oxigen, cork length, So2 etc....
